The Reason I don't recommend YourBraStore.com for Canadian women, Part 1

First of all, let me just say I love the ABTF forum! Without them, I might still be wearing ill-fitting bras from Victoria's Secret. 

That being said, there is sometimes a lot of bad advice on the forum - not that anyone means to give it [hopefully]. Probably from a place of ignorance. Example one: recommending yourbrastore.com for Canadian women. Today I read the following post: 

a) Too high of prices! The total cost from yourbrastore.com for the Panache Lois was $66.15, as you can see, the tax and shipping is extra of course. Here is the link https://www.yourbrastore.com/products/panache-lois-balconette-9591-bra

Here is a good review of the Panache Lois from bratabase, she recommends it before going Polish. 

To make matters worse for my review for yourbrastore.com, she bought it as a part of Breakout Bras Mystery 4 Grab bag, which is 4 bras for $60 or 2 for $20. (+ shipping of course). So, that means she paid around $15 or $20 for the Panache Lois less than a year ago. good for her, and this is the kind of responsible spending I encourage: Breakout Bras ships to Canada, too. fyi!!! 

Anyhoo, I then went to the Bay of E, and searched "Panache Lois." Lo and behold what came up. 

Panache Lois for $39.94 cad! Including tax and shipping. 

So, doing the math, ($66.15-$39.94)/$39.94 x 100 = 66% mark-up. Ridiculous! 

Here is my response on ABTF before it gets downvoted into oblivion! 

Part Two) you are not doing anything for local economies as the items are not even made in Canada. See this attached article.

c) It should be up to local bras stores to build up a loyal customer base and sell their clearance items to their loyal customers. 

Addendum: I went back to ABTF reddit forum and added again my comment (well, really a new comment) BECAUSE I felt that the author was being deceptive about the actual cost of the Panache Lois bra, namely she did not including shipping, and also she did not bring up the fact that returns are not free. 

So, if one wants to return the item, it's at least $26 ($13 there, and $13 back for return shipping) Shipping is not free. It actually could be more along the lines of $30+ as it depends on if the bra has padding, or not.
