Bra Fittings by Court isn't a very good bra fitter

I'm going to label this "bra scams" because I've noticed this for a while; Bra Fittings By Court is a little bit ...not so good at bra fitting (at least from what I've seen posted online, which one would think would be their very best fits, you know?) I know they won the "fan favorite" for the Intima Awards (those awards are just political. . . lol), but I think she won that award b/c she does a lot of social media.

Case in point, this bra fitting. Boob hat city!!

Girll, no. She almost looks better in the before. Tbh, it's kind of a Victoria's Secret fit, where the boobs are on display, but they are not properly supported.

The bra is ridiculously low on her body, and it really shouldn't be 1-2 inches from her waistline.

What's happening is that

1) the shape is too shallow for her; her projected breasts are pushing the cup *down* (you can see the underwires are like 2 inches from her actual waist, I've marked it in yellow), looking for the most projected part of the cup, which is right in the middle, but she needs a bra with more *immediate projection*

2) the underwires are too far away from her breast root - this is a problem for a couple reasons. It's not comfortable to have skin on skin: the underwires should be up under her IMF so that there's fabric in between the skin on her torso and her boob. Also, there's no way that this bra is going to be comfortable for the above woman to move around in; if she bent over, and the bra went any lower, it looks like she would just fall out. It's essentially a boob hat. She needs to buy a bra with overall more room at the bottom of the cups.

Also, I kind of disagree with everything Court wrote: "In the after picture...there's more space on the bottom part of the underwires. This allows the cups to encase the breasts so they don't fall out of the bottom when she moves and the underwires won't dig into her breasts."

ugh, the underwires are also, like, 3 inches from her breast root (underwires are very close to her waistline)

I wouldn't say that that is an accurate assessment of what is going on in this *badly fitting bra*

Instead, like I said above, the cups are being pushed down towards her waist b/c of the shape of her breasts - the above cup is too wide and shallow for her. Her projected breasts are just looking for the deepest part of the cups, and that's why the underwires are sliding waaayyy too low.

Bra Fittings by Court continues, "This allows the bras top be more comfortable on her body."

The underwires being so far away from her actual breast root are not going to be more comfortable at all!

This is what *I hate* about "professional" bra fitters. There are the good and the bad, but of course it's a profession that is not regulated at all - I would say it is definitely a skill, don't get me wrong, but there a such range between the competent and the incompetent.

They put her in the best bra that they had in stock, however, I imagine this was only b/c they probably didn't have what she needed, which would be a narrow and projected cup - a Polish shape (usually), but there's also some Freya bras which are narrow and projected. Put the above woman in a Gorsenia (or another Polish bra)! she would do much better.

It's times like this when they should say, "We just don't carry the right brand for you," and then direct her to BraStop to buy Polish, or Breakout Bras to buy Comexim (also Polish). Bra Fittings by Court doesn't carry a wide enough range of brands to service everyone (no Polish besides Ewa Bien, and maybe that wasn't the above woman's aesthetic.)

The above woman is going to go home and say, "All bras are uncomfortable!" When really, she just is in the wrong bra! They did the above woman a huge disservice - no way is the above bra comfortable to wear (not like that!). It's a total shape mismatch.

In a properly-fitted bra, you're not supposed to show cleavage like the above woman, see this Instagram post

I agree w what Up Where We Belong says, "There are so many of you wearing your bra exactly like the first pic. Your cleavage or cleft should not be fully exposed (unless it's a plunge bra where it's meant to). It's an indication that your breasts aren't being supported and that you've lost inches in lift." (emphasis mine)

In summary, you can just see that the customer has lost inches of lift. She is wearing a boob hat. Nothing wrong with that if that's what you prefer, but I can't *imagine* the bra that Bra Fittings by court gave her *being comfortable at all.*

She tends to put people in a lot of moulded foam domes, which are just the cheapest bras. And think she's doing women a disservice when she does this, these two pictures https://www.instagram.com/p/CPyKGTwrVns/
and https://www.instagram.com/p/CULnFWPLZFf/ moulded foam domes just don't have enough support for the larger breast sizes (not to mention that they give a woman an unflattering shape).

This is another bad fit.
36E is not "small boobs," she needs a more projected bra shape; you can see the underwires are, again, like one inch from her waist. This bra is not going to be flattering under clothes because she needs *more lift*

If you want to know what a good bra fit looks like, I highly recommend this Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/desubrafitting/

Bra Fittings should end up like this! Where one has the underwire in the IMF!
