wikipedia graph for converting UK bra size to EU bra size

I actually really like this https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/6a/Cupumrechnung.svg except that Comexim does not use I, they use HH. 

I know there is also an app (UK bra size, to Comexim bra size) http://comeximcalc.herokuapp.com/, but I kind of prefer the graph!
